Generally we take payment up-front for many of the orders that we receive. However, we are happy to discuss credit terms with bonafide business customers who meet certain critereas.
Our terms for a Credit Account are simple.
- Strictly 30 days from date of invoice
We reserve the right to charge a Late Payment Fee of £15.00 or 15% (whichever is the greater) on invoices that exceed 90 days under the late payment legislation 2002.
All applications for a Credit Account will be subject to an Credit Safe Credit Check. We also ask that the first order for any company be paid for in advance.
The Process For Customers With Credit Accounts
An invoice is emailed to the person who placed the order, shortly after the product has been dispatched. If we have an Accounts Contact for your company, a copy of the invoice will also be sent to them.
Statements are sent out at the beginning of each month.
We will always endeavour to ensure that you have all the information necessary to keep up-to-date with your account. If copy invoices of your orders are required, these can be requested from our accounts team.
If you need to increase your credit limit, we will be glad to review it after a period of trading.
