Posters are viewed from further away than leaflets or business cards, so artwork should be clear, high quality, and set up at the size you are ordering. Supply a print-ready PDF where possible, include bleed around the edges, and keep key text, logos, dates, prices, and QR codes inside the safe area.

Avoid relying on very small text for essential information. A poster can look fine on a screen but become hard to read once displayed on a wall, window, board, or busy notice area. If your poster is made from a social media graphic or low-resolution image, ask the team to check it before placing a tight-deadline order.
