Apply for a charity customer account, share your registered charity number, and we will review eligibility before setting the account up.

How it works

Let's get your your charity set up!

  1. Send us your charity details and registered charity number.
  2. A team member reviews the application and confirms the account.
  3. Once approved, we attach you to the charity customer group and send account setup instructions if needed.

VAT relief

VAT relief is declaration-based and only applies to eligible products. Shipping and non-qualifying items remain taxable.
