We offer collection from our Brighton office, local delivery for BN postcodes, and courier delivery across the UK.
The total time for an order is made up of two parts:
The production lead time shown on a product page, quote, or order confirmation is an estimate for making the product. Delivery happens after that unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing.
Some products may be on display in store and available to order after you have viewed them in person.
For products on display in store, the estimated delivery time after an order is placed is the product production lead time shown on the product page or quote, plus the delivery option selected at checkout.
Most standard UK courier deliveries arrive on the next working day after dispatch. Timed courier services arrive before the selected delivery window on the delivery day. Collection orders are available once production is complete and we have confirmed that the order is ready.
If a product shown in store has a different production lead time, size, finish, quantity, or delivery requirement, we will confirm the estimated delivery time before or during the order process.
The delivery options available at checkout depend on your delivery address, postcode, product type, and production route.

If you are local to Brighton, collection can often be the quickest and simplest option. Collection is free.
We will let you know when your order is ready to collect. Please do not travel to collect until we have confirmed that production is complete.
Local delivery is available for eligible orders going to BN postcodes.
The standard BN postcode local delivery charge is £6.50. Local delivery is usually a weekday delivery service after production is complete.
For most mainland UK addresses, standard courier delivery is £10.00 and usually arrives on the next working day after dispatch.

Courier services are tracked where available. Delivery windows and tracking options may vary depending on the courier used.
Some UK postcode areas can take longer or require a separate delivery quote. This can include parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, islands, and other remote or restricted delivery areas.
If your delivery address needs a separate quote, checkout may show shipping to be confirmed. We will contact you after the order is placed to confirm the cost and estimated delivery time.
Special delivery requirements, including weekend delivery, split deliveries, large-format items, awkward parcels, or urgent courier arrangements, are quoted separately.
Some products are available on a same-day or next-day production route when print-ready artwork is supplied before the relevant cut-off time.
Same-day production does not automatically mean same-day delivery. Same-day shipping is only available for eligible products and routes, and the delivery cost is quoted after order.
If your deadline is fixed, please tell us before ordering or include the deadline clearly during checkout.
Delivery estimates depend on us receiving print-ready artwork and any required approvals in time.
If artwork is missing, incorrect, low resolution, the wrong size, or needs checking before print, production and delivery may be delayed. If we send a proof or query, the production time starts or continues once the proof or query has been approved.

We will confirm whether the standard production and delivery route is suitable or whether a different delivery option is needed.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, adverse weather, traffic disruption, address issues, or events outside our control.
Orders are delivered to the address supplied during checkout. Once an order has been placed, delivery address changes may not be possible.
Claims for loss or damage should be reported as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.
